Surrounded by a private garden and privacy fence on a quiet family-oriented beach lane, this classic beach house has a new gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal, coffeemaker, small appliances and filtered drinking water. The single-story open floor plan, skylights and white-washed hardwood floors create a light-and-airy, peaceful atmosphere. The combination living room/dining room/office has plenty of seating and a new 50 inch flat screen TV serviced by Cable. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom sleeps three in a bunk bed (full size bed on the bottom/twin bed on top), and contains a flat screen TV. This bedroom is served by an adjacent full bath with tub/shower combo. High speed WiFi is available throughout. The property has a 2-car carport and additional street parking in front of the house.

We are located on one of the nicest lanes in the Pierpont area, with one of the widest stretches of sand in the Pierpont area, close to the volleyball courts at the State Beach, immediate access to the coastal bike/running path and close to retail amenities on South Seaward.

The house sleeps ten in spacious rooms with great views throughout. Good for family gatherings or groups of friends. Relax on the top deck or in the lovely back yard after playing at the beach all day.

The Starfish Cottage is the perfect place to relax for your next getaway. Located in the Pierpont neighborhood of Ventura which is just west of the 101 freeway between San Buenaventura State Park and The Marina. This ideal location offers the best of Ventura.

The cottage kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Our large outdoor patio is comfortable and roomy. Our home is situated on the north side - or sunny side of the lanes- so you will get nice morning breezes and afternoon sun.

Step outside the front door for a less then a 2 minute walk to the beach. All Pierpont lanes end at the State Beach.

An outdoor shower is available to wash sand off yourself and your suits before going inside. A small amount of sand can clog the pipes and drains.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, while the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The hallway bath is equipped with a tub and shower combo. Linens, towels and all basic supplies are provided. This home has quality beds, comfortable furnishings, plush guest robes and a large Sundance Maxxus spa with 65 massaging jets. The unique floorpan of this home with 3 different master King bedrooms, one per floor plus a kids bedroom means everyone can have their own space and privacy, yet a central great room, a cozy sunroom with great ocean views and loft area with room to gather together.
